About Us

Slabaugh and Associates was founded in 2007 to provide high quality home-based counseling services to families in Richmond and surrounding areas.  We specialize in using the In-Home Counseling model which is a therapeutic counseling service that delivers treatment to the child in their environment.  We go into homes and communities to help children overcome mental health and behavior issues.  We provide support to families so they can grow and thrive.  We coordinate care with other professionals to address unmet needs.  We help the child by using a whole family approach that is delivered where the family resides.
